Groups of more than 100 guests require buffet menus, with the light hors d'oeuvre menu available for any guest count above 25. Tuscany's plated, served menus, including Choice, Combination, and Specialty, offer Tuscany's most popular items and require advanced entrée orders from every guest ten days in advance to ensure the highest quality. All menus require a final guest count provided ten days in advance. Groups of less than 18 guests are not required to order from the plated, served menu but may if they choose.
